Located in the Sierra de Segura, about 150 km from Jaén, is the vineyard of Pedro Olivares.

From its beginnings it was the cause of many comments because few understood that in that green ocean of olive trees, there was room for a vineyard. As always, time has been our best ally, and there are already many who interpret this unique project in a positive way.

The soil that nurtures the plants is full of ‘toba’, a calcareous, chestnut-coloured stone that is used as ornamentation in construction work and acts as a sponge in the soil it occupies.

It is not an ordinary winery, it is a small but sufficient space to produce wines that break with the landmarks and legends of a land where only olive oil seems to reign.

In the heart of the Sierra de Segura, in the village of Los Llanos de Arriba, this place has been created and is kept and guarded by two great characters: Tina and Pedro.

They are the ones who day by day take care of this great treasure that, as a result of knowledge and effort, rests and reaches its point of personality, down in the cellar.
