The transport companies will deliver your purchase on the date indicated before 19h. If there are only people at the address you have given us during a certain time, please let us know in the ‘comments’ section when placing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery at that time, but the transport company will try to adapt to the preferences of our customers.

If the transport company tries to make the delivery but there is no one at that address, they will leave a notice or contact you to arrange another delivery schedule.
In any case, we will always notify you by email a few days before delivering your order, giving you the details of your shipment, the agency’s contact telephone number and a link in case you wish to make any arrangements with the transport agency to speed up the delivery. It is not necessary to speak to the agency beforehand, this information is sent to those customers who wish to contact them.

Check that your email address is spelled correctly. Once you have completed your purchase you should receive a message at this address to check your order details. In the order confirmation email you should check that the delivery address is correct (street, number, floor, name of the shop, etc). The packages are invoiced with the addresses as they are written by the customers; if any data is wrong, you must notify us as soon as possible, by replying to the email “In Process” that you will receive when your order is being processed. We are not responsible for delays in the case of incorrect or missing addresses.

Once the “Sent” email has been received, no changes can be made to orders. If you wish to change or add any item you must do so before receiving this message: very important for possible order cancellations.

If any of the products you have ordered are out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible of the delay and you will be offered a similar product if possible. If the arrival time of the item is longer than the one notified, an email will be sent to confirm if you are still interested in receiving the order.

The easiest way to request a return is to send an email to with the subject “Return Request” and your order and/or invoice number, indicating: the person who placed the order, the email with which the order was placed, telephone number, order or invoice number and the reason for the return.

Below you will find additional information, which you will also receive by email, when you make a return with Bodega Pedro Olivares:

  1. If your product has a defect or breakage during transport: We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible, within 24 hours of receipt. To return your goods, we recommend that you pack them in the original packaging, as this has been designed and made to measure for Bodega Pedro Olivares, and is the best for the shipment of our goods. A copy of the invoice you receive when you receive your goods should also be included in the shipment. Once your shipment has been received within 24/48 working hours you will receive a full refund of your invoice.

If you wish to exchange or return your product because it is not to your liking: By virtue of the provisions of Law 47/2002, of 19 December, on the reform of Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC, on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law to various Community Directives, we must state that as indicated in Chapter II on Distance Selling, article 44 45, on the right of withdrawal, the buyer will have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to return the goods.

The first product exchange will not entail any costs for the purchaser, but from the second order onwards, the purchaser will have to bear any possible return costs that may arise from this second exchange. To return your merchandise, it is recommended that you pack it in the original packaging, as this has been designed and manufactured to measure for Bodega Pedro Olivares, and is the best for the shipment of our merchandise. A copy of the invoice you receive when you receive your goods should also be included in the shipment. Using the secure payment server of Kutxabank, we offer you the most secure electronic payment gateway in our country. This service is completely free of charge and does not charge any additional commission on top of the amount of your order. If you choose this payment method, once you have confirmed your order on our website, it will take you to the Kutxabank secure payment gateway, where you can enter your credit card details and the information that the bank issuing your card usually uses as additional security for your card payments. After you receive on screen that your payment has been made correctly, you will return to the Bodega Pedro Olivares page, where you must validate the order, this being the last step you have to take for your order to be recorded in our system correctly.

Bank transfer.

Bank transfer payments are currently not permitted for products purchased through the Bodega Pedro Olivares website.

The contractual guarantee offered is that established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Bodega Pedro Olivares shall be liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, provided that the customer has informed Bodega Pedro Olivares of said lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event of a defective product, the seller will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract. All of the above is without prejudice to Bodega Pedro Olivares’ right to check the veracity of the defects, their origin and the time of their appearance.

In any case, for the correct exercise of the warranty, the Customer must contact Bodega Pedro Olivares, via email: within a maximum period of two months from the discovery of the defect, informing the nature of the problem, the time and conditions of its appearance. Likewise, the Client has the right to have the goods repaired in accordance with the rules of article 118 and following of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
