A wine with colour that impregnates and stains the glass. It is made for all kinds of open minds ready to perceive. When you smell it, you can not imagine where to start. You sense the black fruit, black liquorice, red fruit, raspberry, smoked, some darkness, I mean depth, ripe mango, citrus, including grapefruit. By shaking it you find ripe fruit and a mix of soil and tobacco. All of it convoluted but all available for its interpretation. Mouth: with long noses, self-absorbed tannins everywhere ready to giveflavour and texture. With a well marked acidity, it gives freshness to a surrounding and present tannin. Very very long, of epic proportions.
With brie cheese and smoked. Good with meat stews and stews. Gachamiga with "granás". Galianos.
