Tasting

Colour: red with purple hints. Nose: Very subtle at first, it needs to open up and express itself. With an empyreumatic aroma from the beginning, liquorice, chocolate mint, very minty. When you shake it allthe floral tones arise, but always with violets in the background. It also has something red, ripe strawberries, tomato plant, perhaps sweet tomato. Tones of vermouth and aromatic plants, berries. Taste: At the right spot, rounded, with integrated tannins. With good structure and acidity. Long and unctuous. Good weight in the mouth. Very flavorous and sweet. Do you want some more…?
