Surprising finding This new FINO PASADO, this new style is a wine contribution to hedonistic world. Was born as a white wine, was turned with no fortification in a VINO FINO. The work of saccharomyces muntilliensis was exceptional too. Years later, with no control and regular checking the wine remained over its lees years and years until VELO DE FLOR. There was evaporation; due to that it has been flavour concentration along the wine. It is lightly salty and Umami. The balance between the genesis and the aging is absolutely a new feeling. Is goes from almonds up to hazelnut. Amazing!!!
