2019 vintage has been a very complex season for the variety. The ripening was quite earlier than other vintage. Vinification had made looking for intensity and dry extract to fill it longer in mouth. The wine is velvet and very expressive. It offers good acidity and balance. Fruits red & black. Touch of incense. Jaén Negro is a cult wine. A little beat of sweetness join wild yeast could be trying CO2 in the future. It will be very exciting. Made to enjoy.
