Tasting | Imagine it with a very fine cheese to start with, almostlike raw milk but not too old. It could be goat cheese, but not too much. To share it on the table, with a partridge pate with a violet jelly. To eat, joking aside, an earthly stew that is slightly spicy, very satisfactory … no problems. The debate in your mouth will be entertaining, with acidity, fine tannins, a touch of hardwood and the fat from that stew, and with a good Campero detorcaces rice, thrushes …. That’s good!!!!! |

Tasting
A corporate red Monastrell high standards and low yields + two passes harvest. Nose and Taste: Finesse in all its aspects, it is subtle, elegant, boastful, exceptional in forms. However, it wants to be present and let its taste throughout the palate. Tantalising and fruity with a varietal sense thatgives us glimpses of blue flowers and a final taste of fresh cherries without liquor.
